We currently collect and process the following information given by you at registration:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To help us understand the areas that we are serving.

To help us understand who is using the service.
We might also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

Personnel at the hub that you are registering with might, with your consent, pass on your contact details to The BIG FOOD Truck.
We use the information that you have given us in order to be able to Text you each week to see if you require your food order. We will also occasionally text to invite you to complete a short feedback survey. We also need to provide our funders with general information which will not identify you.
We will not share this information with any third parties.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our computer systems.
We keep your details for 12 months. We will then dispose of your information by safely deleting it.
